I have used the $10/day pass and thought it was awesome to use my phone pretty much like I would at home. The AT&T package is good, but it only works IN PORT. Again....I contacted ATT saying i didn't want any surprises on my bill. We're so used to use phone....talk, text & data...do that everyday. The only two phones with big $$ surprises were the two with cruise package.
Get my bill and it is almost 800 due to roaming charges. Roaming charges was never mentioned in my conversations with ATT prior to leaving on cruise....I did not know to ask either. My position on this is i reached out to ATT to avoid any surprises and was directed to ATT cruise package. And i still get over $400 upcharge plus $100 for their cruise plans. I chat with ATT and was told that those are legit charges and they will not remove.
